You are developing a statement of work for the procurement of some raw materials for your project.  What should you focus on in developing the statement of work?

  1. The charter and the scope statement, to ensure the project is understood.
  2. The project requirements, detailing them sufficiently for the vendors to make suitable proposals.
  3. Detailed attributes of the requested deliverables, to allow vendors to submit suitable bids.
  4. The Work Breakdown Structure, which should be broken down to the work package level and the WBS dictionary.

 

Answer

C: A statement of work focuses on the product and its specifications, as expected to be delivered by the subcontractor.
