When any request forces changes to the plan, an experienced project manager only implements the changes after receiving an approved change request, to maintain the integrity of baselines. This is done as a part of:

2. Develop Project Management Plan.
3. Direct and Manage Project Work.
4. Perform Integrated Change Control.
