You assess the impact of the change and tell the client how much time and money it will cost to implement.  The client refuses to restructure the schedule and will not pay more for changes, despite the fact that the proposed changes are well beyond the documented scope of the original work.  What conflict resolution technique is the client using?

B.    Confronting
